The DPZ summons 300,000 euros in aid for the management of feline colonies in the municipalities

A line of aid endowed with 300,000 euros has been convened to support municipalities in actions related to the planning, control and management of the feline colonies installed in the local entities of the province of Saragossa. After their publication today in the Bopz, the consistories have fifteen business days from tomorrow, to submit their requests.

Specifically, the awareness actions to the local population and personnel training in charge of the management of the feline colonies will be subsidable; sterilization and sterilization priests, with a maximum of € 170 for cat sterilization and € 75 of cat; Identification by implantation of microchip, with a maximum of € 55 by identification, capture material, trap cages or other legal capture and transport; as well as the furniture and materials for the food of the colony (drinking fountains, dining rooms and the like) and the food for the maintenance of the colonies, with a maximum of € 1,000, together with the deworming and vaccination.

These aid have been convened by the Diputación de Zaragoza And the deputy delegate of the Environment of the DPZ, Miguel Sanz, has pointed out that “from the government team there are no random proposals, but that our actions are a consequence of the need to solve the problems that arise in our municipalities.”
