
The squares are filled with culture and museums open up to midnight: the night returns blank
Visit the museums until midnight, transnochar with a cultural motive and live a different night from the rest will be possible again with the celebration of the traditional white night of Saragossa next June 28. The great night party of culture will bring cultural proposals for all audiences and a great novelty: the celebration will go to the main squares of the city – Plaza del Pilar, Salamero Salamero, Plaza San Bruno, Plaza Santa Engracia and Plaza Aragón – that will host free cultural proposals. All this, with the aim of closering culture to citizens.
The programming of the “Blank squares” includes Milonga, with the Tango El Garage Association (8.30 pm, Salamero Square), and family shows such as “Sweet jokes such as honey” by Kinser Productions (9.30 pm, Plaza de San Bruno), the puppies of “pelegrín adventures” of Arbolé Theater itinerant where the “trees” of k of street come alive (22.30, Plaza del Pilar).
In the Aragón Square, an improvised urban dance battle “Maf Battle” (21.45 hours), a perfect experience to discover urban culture and unleash the dance in which emerging talent and social inclusion are promoted.
The Plaza del Pilar will host, at the Fuente de Goya, a powerful Pop and Symphonic Rock concert of Grupo Talía. At 8.30 pm, the public will enjoy a musical tour with a selection that covers from the great Italian and French melodic songs to the mythical successes of Abba, not forgetting Spanish music and the themes with which groups such as The Beatles, Queen or Bee Gees, among others, triumphed.
During the blank night, the Xior space will continue with its “summer in Xior” program, which includes summer cinema and projections such as “La Niña de la Cabra” (22.00 hours). In Harinera ZGZ, the Contracanto trio will make a trip to European classical music through compositions of Strauss, Schubert and Bottesini (19.30 hours). This special night also coincides with the programming of the International Dance Festival Trajects, which on Saturday will have on Moret Street contemporary and verbena dance performances (from 20.00 hours).
Open museums until midnight
Rompepuertas returns to museums
The blank night also provides the opportunity to discover the museums of Zaragoza another year outside its usual schedule, extended until midnight, also offering musical and artistic performances as a complement to visits.
Municipal spaces such as the Lonja, the Stories Center (including the Origami Museum) and the Fire Museum and Firefighters also participate in this cultural event already consolidated with expansion of free schedule and activities. Cultural spaces from other institutions and entities such as the IAACC Pablo Serrano, the Aljafería Palacio, CaixaForum, Museum of Natural Sciences and Paraninfo of the University of Zaragoza, Ibercaja Foundation, among others are added. All have scheduled visits and activities from a more original and surprising approach during tonight.
Rompepuertas returns to museums
The young team resident in the “Rompepuertas” municipal museums has designed a set of activities in all spaces of the Caesaraugusta route that will allow to refresh the white night with proposals that are committed to young talent and the variety of artistic disciplines in contact with the artistic historical heritage.
The proposals of “Rompepuertas” for this year 2025 include the sample of young bands of the city in the Plaza San Felipe, with a session DJ Club Classics Donna & The Dynamos, and a musical bingo; In the Caesaraugusta Theater Museum, a young art fair will be held, a projection of iconic cinema scenes and with live BSO and the conference: “Spill the Tea” to know the “gossip” of Hollywood.
The Caesaraugusta Forum Museum will host mythical forum, a visit in 60 -minute passes that includes storytelling, contemporary dance and nymphs reading your future. The Museum of Public Termas has programmed from a theatrical visit on the daily life of a woman in Rome, a neon makeup workshop and Roman braids, live music and a recital of young poets and poets around love, freedom and self -expression in the 21st century.
Finally, the Caesaraugusta river port museum will make different passes of “whispers from beyond”, an entertaining visit to know the port and discover the truth behind three mysterious deaths. All activities are free and with free admission until capacity is completed (except for the activity of the port museum that, even being free, requires prior registration).
The blank night program will also reach the neighborhoods of the city through the civic centers network. Specifically, there will be activities at the Teodoro Sánchez Punter Civic Center, the Multipurpose Pavilion of Montañana and the Antonio Beltrán Civic Center in Garrapinillos.
In addition, from Zaragoza Tourism they have scheduled activities outside the usual schedule with promotions and discounts to enjoy the Aragonese capital by tourist bus and night, megabús and guided tours to know the city through different routes and spaces, in addition to other activities.
All programming and digital brochure can be consulted on the municipal website and 5,000 printed brochures will also be distributed that will progressively arrive at the municipal centers and tourism offices that same week.
