
GastroPas 2025 starts: Explosion of flavors for € 5.50 more drink throughout the province of Zaragoza
The Zaragozanos They already enjoy the transformation of the province into a map of flavors with Gastrootapas 2025, the gastronomic event that puts more than 40 establishments to compete – and to share – its best miniature version. With Tapas For only € 5.50 with drink included or tasting menus for the most demanding palates, the appointment goes beyond enjoyment: it is a claim of the art of covering as social, cultural and cultural heritage as gastronomic.

This edition is launched with a clear vocation: honoring the tapas as local identity sign. And it does it in a big way: 44 unique creations, ingredients with Aragonese quality seal – like the IGP list or the onion of DOP Fuentes – and the talent of chefs that fuse tradition, creativity and local product.

Among the participants are Vita Taberna Gastronomic, with a crispy bull tail and a particular tribute to the Borja Camp; The burgolés, who presents a brioche Pulled pork with boraja and foie; Parilla Nardone and its Deluxe version of the Aragonese Ternasco with Mandarina and Praliné; The Picadillo, which reinterprets the classic cod buñuelo with Ambar beer and Vizcaíno touch; or the D’Ars brewery, which proposes a gourmet member of lists and vegetables with a glass of wine included.

In addition, the 2025 edition pays tribute to a key figure: Fernando Anel, a communicator who has been behind the media growth of Aragonese gastronomy.
