Aragonese young people born in 2007 can already request the Young Cultural Bonus of 400 euros to spend on cultural products or services with a maximum period of one year. The young cultural bonus works with a prepaid card that the beneficiary can have virtually on his mobile or receive physically at home.
Thus, the program promoted by the Ministry of Culture It starts its fourth edition. As of this Monday, the people who have fulfilled or are going to turn 18 in this 2025 must register and carry out the application procedure on the website https://Boculturajoven.gob.es/ until October 31.
It will be essential that, previously, the interested parties obtain one of these three forms of digital identification: cl@go with basic record (which can be requested and obtained by video call), cl@sees with advanced record (in person and for those who have not yet turned 18) or the digital certificate.
Young people interested in requesting the Young Cultural Bonus can carry out the procedure in their own name or through the representation of an adult, for which it is necessary to attach the downloadable representation form on the website, correctly signed by the beneficiary. In these cases, the family book is not a document accrediting representation.
This aid is entitled young people who turn 18 in 2025 who are of Spanish nationality, have legal residence in Spain, whether asylum seekers, temporary displaced or ex -protected foreigners. According to data from the National Statistics Institute, it is 534,526 potential beneficiaries throughout the country.

The young cultural bond is regulated by the Royal Decree, with an indefinite validity, which the Council of Ministers approved on March 21, 2023, at the proposal of the Minister of Culture. It has an endowment of 170 million euros in the General Budgets of the PorroGados State. In 2022, the first year of validity of this initiative, obtained the young cultural bond a total of 277,607 people throughout Spain; In 2023, the figure amounted to 319,237 and in 2024 the beneficiaries were 334,435.
