In this sense, they have explained that they already presented a negotiation proposal that contains salary improvements to adapt salaries at the cost of current life and a series of social advances and labor conciliation for the workforce. “It is an agreement for the next five years containing salary increases and a battery of measures that favor conciliation, employment, internal promotion and training among other aspects,” they affect.

Likewise, the workers of this service in charge of the Parks and Gardens Service expect the company to present a “fair offer” that can begin to be assessed, to improve salaries and recover the lost purchasing power these years by the staff and offer social improvements that favor conciliation, employment, working conditions and training. “We are going to be flexible in the negotiation, but firm in getting salary, social and conciliation improvements for the workforce,” they have insisted.

Previously, it is planned that the gardeners meet this Wednesday, June 18, with the Minister of Environment and Mobility, Tatiana Gaudes, and with the PSOE and ZEC opposition groups to explain the conflict and claims of the staff.
