The Diputación de Zaragoza He has launched a call for aid, which has been published today in BOPZ, aimed at subsidizing the municipalities and non -profit associations organizing film festivals. The deadline for submitting applications concludes on July 1.
This is a call that has as its fundamental objective the dissemination of the seventh art, as well as the support of the associations that promote it in the municipalities that make up the province of Zaragoza, thus decentralizing the work that the capital offers more accessible, by having better means of advertising and dissemination.
It intends, in short, to disseminate audiovisuals, enhancing the vertebration of the territory and rural development through film festivals. This call for aid, which is convened in a competitive concurrence regime, aims to support the organization of Film Festivals held in the territory of the province of Zaragoza by associations registered in a public registry of associations and by municipalities of our province and that are developed from January 1, 2025 until November 7, 2025.
The credit for this call will be the one provided for in the 2025 budget year for a total amount of 140,000 euros and may be beneficiaries of these grants the municipalities of the province of Zaragoza that belong to municipalities that have a population of less than 50,000 inhabitants and non -profit associations.
