Although they are in central and life streets, there are buildings that, after closed years, become invisible to the eye of citizens. Time turns them off little by little until they go unnoticed, turned into part of the landscape. This is what happened with a building from the SAS square Saragossa that for a time housed the “Puerculture Selection” store in its bass. Now, after a long period of inactivity, it has started a new stage: it would be conditioning to become a building of tourist floors.
Although the project is still in the interior adaptation phase, the works are already visible from the street of Pino where it is located, awakening the curiosity of those who travel through this central area. There is still a dazzled and aged facade for time with graffiti in the upper windows of the building, the result of its uninhabited interior.
At the moment, it is unknown how long the works will last or when it will open to the city visitors. If the reforms continue as until now, the abandoned building could cease to be a forgotten space to become a new focus of attraction.
Currently, in the city of Zaragoza the number of housing for tourist use is not limited. According to data provided last October by the Minister of Urban Planning of the Zaragoza City Council, Víctor Serrano, in the Aragonese capital there were about a thousand homes for tourist use.
