Nathy Peluso has returned tonight to South Pyrenees to be crowned again as the great Latin artist of the moment. It is explosive, sensual, magnetic, charismatic; Sing, Rapea, runs, has it; And there is no genre that is resist: bachata, hip hop, electronics, sauce, funk … is a storm on stage. Elena Rose opened the night and was not far behind, with a highly contagious Latin pop repertoire. With the concerts of these two divas, the final stretch of the festival has started and until Sunday Zaz, Camila Guevara, Yerai Cortés, Julieta Venegas, Ben Harper, Quique González, Resident, Laura Sam and Gale will perform.
His performances are applauded all over the world, and tonight he has returned to sign a height concert, with the incentive of returning to present his splendid “fat.” Her show is like her, bombastic, exaggerated, superlative … but of quality more than plenty. With an overflowing energy, he has handled all genres: bolero (“corleone”), salsa (“erotika”, “mafia”), bachatas (“atheist”) hip hop (“healthy, healthy”) or funk. The day will begin with another female voice, the Cuban artist Camila Guevara, granddaughter of Pablo Milanés.
On Friday 25 will arrive in Lanuza Julieta Venegas, one of the great voices of Latin music of the last two decades, with more than twelve million albums sold worldwide and numerous Grammys. In addition, you will receive on the stage the 2025 Cultural Diversity of Pyrenees South, which it shares with its compatriot Natalia Lafourcade. Yerai Cortés will also perform, one of the most innovative flamenco guitarists of his generation, who will present “The Flemish guitar of Yerai Cortés”, the debut album that emerged from the first documentary led by C. Tangana who won two Goyas.
On Saturday 26, Californian Ben Harper, author of albums as praised as “Welcome to the cruel world” or “The Will To Live”, will present with The Innocent Criminals his most recent work: “Wide Open Light.” He will share a day with the Madrid singer -songwriter Quique González, one of the best exponents of the author’s rock, with albums that are already classic, such as “mythical front” or “Accounts Adjusting”.
And the 32nd edition of Pyrenees Sur will conclude on Sunday 27 with a resident, one of the most influential figures of contemporary Latin music and co -founder of Calle 13. He will accompany him his compatriot Gale, an acclaimed composer who has worked with first -level names, such as Shakira, Juanes or Cardi B. In 2023 he released his first album, “what I did not tell you” All his talent: from high intensity punk to elegant ballads. And Laura Sam will also be, one of the main referents of the Spoken Word in our country, which is willing to display its combative and reflective new work, the EP “Love and Lead”, produced along with one of the names of the moment, Mr Worth.
How to access the festival
In a commitment to sustainable mobility and the protection of the natural environment that surrounds the enclosure, during the concert days you can only access the festival on foot by a green route of about 20 minutes of walk, by bicycle or by shuttle buses that start from Sallent de Gállego or from the free parking enabled in the neighboring town of Formigal. This service connects with the festival from 7 pm to the closure, with a frequency of 20 minutes and three lines according to the route. It is advisable to guarantee a place reserving the tickets in advance, although there is also the option to buy directly at the stops, subject to availability.
