
The II Cup Diputación will take place in August with the participation of 16 teams
The countdown has begun for the II Cup Diputación de Huesca, the summer tournament that joins sport and territory. The competition, organized by the Provincial Council of Huesca in collaboration with the Aragonese Football Federation, will celebrate on Monday its official raffle, starting point of an appointment that is on its way to consolidating as a classic of Altoaragonese football summer.
The Championship, which will start on Wednesday, August 6, will bring together 16 teams in the province: 6 of Third Federation, 7 of Preferential Regional and 3 of First Regional. All of them will seek to lift the title at the El Alcoraz stadium, where the grand final will be played on a date yet to be confirmed.
In addition to serving as showcase for Oscenses clubs, the tournament pursues a double objective: reinforce territorial cohesion and support teams in their preseason preparation.
Format and awards
The competition will be played with the classic Qualifiers format to the Single Party, starting from the round of 16. The tournament will distribute 10,000 euros in metallic awards among the four best classified: € 4,000 for the champion, € 3,000 for the runner -up, € 2,000 for the third classified and € 1,000 for the room.
The match raffle will take place this Monday and will be chaired by Isaac Claver, president of the Diputación de Huesca, accompanied by members of the Genuine team of the S.D. Huesca, in a gesture that reinforces the values of inclusion and social commitment linked to sport.
