It shows that summer has reached Saragossa. This Friday, an ice cream cart has traveled Don Jaime street distributing free tablespoons of such surprising ice cream, as original: the new radler flavor of Ambar.
And, as we have already counted a few days ago in Aragon Digital, Tortosa ice cream and Amber They have joined to celebrate the 125 years of the Zaragoza turning its most classic flavors in ice cream. This is one of the 25 challenges proposed by the beer brand, such as creating a giant bottle or run a confinement.
This last challenge, number 18, seemed impossible, but the experience and creativity of Tortosa have made magic. After weeks of evidence, errors and demanding tastings, they have achieved a balanced, creamy and surprising recipe. The result: two unique ice cream flavors, Ambar Radler and Original Ambar, which can already be tested from next Thursday at the Tortosa ice cream local in Don Jaime I.

An ice cream that creates expectations
The initiative of the cart has generated expectation among the center’s walkers. Some have backed up “beer ice cream”, but those who have accepted the teaspoon have come out with a smile. These brave say that the flavor is exactly the same as that of the brand, with that citrus and soft touch that characterizes the most summer variety of the Aragonese brewer.
As if that were not enough, Ambar also launched a raffle of 25 free ice cream on Instagram, rewarding the speed and loyalty of his followers. But now you don’t have to wait to be a winner: you just need to approach Tortosa ice cream starting Thursday to savor this limited edition that promises to become the most curious dessert of this summer in Zaragoza.
