Just a few steps from Alfonso I Street, Ceres is a cafeteria specialized in the famous Bubble Waffles, a sweet and fun invention that came from Hong Kong to stay. Its light and crunchy mass with bubbles creates an ideal basis for filling with ice cream, fruits, syrups, cookies or varied topings, making them a dessert as colorful as tasty.

Neither Gofre, nor tortita, nor crepe: the bubble waffle is a perfect mixture of the three. In Ceres they serve them at the time, well presented and at affordable prices, becoming an ideal plan for a different snack through the center of Zaragoza. Located next to Don Jaime I street, Churría has reinvented the classic Gofre to offer an original and very fun gastronomic experience. Here you can choose from sweet or salty masses and add all kinds of topings, from syrups and fruits to unexpected combinations such as bacon, cheddar, Dutch sauce or even fried egg. Gofre Cheesy Bacon, for example, is one of its stars: cheese and bacon stuffed and crowned with an egg.

Gofres’s letter is as extensive as sweet. Among the most popular are the good Kinder, oreo with white chocolate, Lotus, Nutella, Banana Split, bones, unicorn or bathroom, all with homemade spongy dough and a very careful presentation. In salty version, you can try options such as the American (Bacon and Cheddar), Norwegian (salmon and fresh cream), vegetarian (pesto and dry tomato), pizza or the tato (with parmesan, nuts and pesto).
