
Approved the protocol for the future sale of El Alcoraz between the Huesca and the DGA

The club may not allocate the surplus value generated in the operation to dividends among shareholders, partially or total, and these will be reserved for “the development of the sports, economic and social project” of the entity “or as reserves to ensure its future sustainability”. From the Government of Aragon they explain that the stadium management will be subject to public tender, a process to which the Huesca will be obliged to attend. Until then, the S.A.D. The agreement has an initial validity of two years, extendable by two. A mixed society integrated by club and DGA representatives will be created for follow -up.
