The city of Huesca He begins to prepare for his expected parties with an initiative that has already become a tradition. The City Council area, in collaboration with Valentia-Arcadia, has begun to place a total of 170 basil plants in different locations of the urban center.
The performance, which is part of the beautification prior to the parties in honor of San Lorenzo, has consisted of the distribution of basil plants in the gardeners along the porches of Galicia, high coso, low -coso and Santa Domingo Square. In addition to its ornamental value, basil provides its unmistakable aroma, so linked to the collective imaginary of our parties.
With this measure, the Consistory seeks, one more year, to dress the city with symbolic elements of the holiday and contribute to create a festive and cozy atmosphere that anticipates the big days of the Oscense calendar.
