This free concert in a town in Zaragoza will tremble its walls to the heavy metal rhythm

They say that in summer small villages keep great surprises. That among the stone alleys, the squares with history and the sunsets of party, they can hide nights that one does not easily forget. And this year, one of the most monumental municipalities of Saragossa It will be the scenario of one of those evenings that make history.

In full celebration of its patron saint parties, with the cathedral as a backdrop and Moncayo watching in the distance, this medieval enclave will receive one of the most legendary bands of rock in Spanish. A formation that has been uploading to the stage with violins, bagpipes, electric guitars and letters that mix the epic with social criticism, folklore with the purest heavy metal.

Because yes, Mägo de Oz will be the great main course of the Tarazona festivities in honor of San Atilano. The Free and outdoor concert will take place on Friday, August 29 at 11:30 p.m. at the Parking of the Cathedral. A place full of history that, that night, will be filled with magic, distortion and rocker soul.

Mägo de Oz, three decades of heavy, folk and fantasy

Formed in Madrid in the late 80s, Mägo de Oz has become one of the most iconic bands on Hispanic music scene. His style, which fuses heavy metal with elements of the Celtic folk, medieval lyric and rock opera, has conquered scenarios of Spain and Latin America with equal intensity. Discs such as Gaia, Finisterra or Jesus of Chamberí are part of the musical history of several generations.

With more than three decades of experience, the band has lived numerous training changes, but has managed to maintain its intact essence. At present, the group continues to drag thousands of fans wherever it goes, with the theater staging, letters full of symbolism and a repertoire that is already emotional heritage of rock in Spanish.
