Huesca It demonstrates its commitment to some parties of San Lorenzo safe and free. The City Council has launched a new edition of the Municipal Violet Point, located in Plaza Concepción Arenal, as a space for information, awareness and attention to situations of aggression or harassment.

The inauguration took place this Monday, August 4, with an organized participatory day next to the Municipal Forum of Equality and the volunteer of the Equal Campus Urbanus intergenerational project. In it a workshop of boxes of good wishes was held under the motto “Good treatment in San Lorenzo”, and bracelets and information cards were distributed that claim a “return to the safe house”.
From August 9 to 16, the violet point will be operational every morning, as well as in morning and afternoon schedules. The space will be treated by psychologists from the Center for Victims of Sexual Abuse (Cavias), and will offer both immediate attention and accompaniment to those who need it.
On the other hand, the Center for Victims of Sexual Violence (CAIVIS) also expands its schedule during the parties, based at the Aragonese Institute of Women, to guarantee greater access to specialized care.
