Family Routes to Ibones and High Mountain Picos
From the arrival to Petrosos, the upper ceta of the television, can easily access some of the most beautiful panticose routes. The most recommended for all audiences are the ones that lead to the ibones of donkeys and sabocos, two lakes of glacial origin surrounded by alpine landscape unforgettable.
Another essential option is the route to the viewpoint of the valleys, a natural balcony that gives one of the best panoramic views of the Pyrenees. From there the villages of the Valley of Tena, the peaks of more than 3,000 meters in the area of the Panticosa spa, the Vignemale Massif, bujaruelo and even, in clear days, the distant Moncayo. The walk to this point lasts between 45 and 55 minutes.

With its 2,220 meters of altitude, it is the highest peak of the ski resort, and rises in 1 hour and 15 minutes by the tracks themselves. From above you enjoy a privileged viewpoint on mythical summits such as arguments, the black Garmo or the hell, with the valley of Tena at the feet.
For those who wish to enrich the experience, Aramón offers from Monday to Friday at 10.30 am the free guided activity “Become a mountaineer”, included in the ticket. A mountain guide accompanies the group explaining the flora, fauna and curiosities of the environment.

In addition to the routes, the upper part of the telecabine has a natural viewpoint that offers a 360 -degree panoramic view on the Pyrenees mountains and the people of Panticosa itself. A perfect place to take photos or simply contemplate the beauty of the landscape.
And after the walk, nothing better than replenishing strength in the Petrosos restaurant, where you can enjoy a complete menu with mountain products, ideal to recover energy after a morning of hiking or adventure.
