While some bars and restaurants close their doors, others prepare to open with new concepts, creative formulas and different proposals. Baltasar Gracián Street, one of the busiest areas in the University neighborhood, is about to host a new opening that has already aroused the curiosity of many neighbors.
Where until recently the Delirio restaurant was, inspired by Francisco de Goya, now hangs a large black canvas with an enigmatic phrase: “Nice, but what?”, Along with a large question sign and the message “next opening”, although without further clues.
What Aragón Press has learned is that the new space will be a Bubble Tea place where “Eastern inspiration food” will be offered.

The space, located at number 2 of Baltasar Gracián street, was for a few months the Delirio restaurant, a restaurant that mixed art, gastronomy and references to Goya’s work. Open in September 2023, Delirio closed in early 2025 for economic reasons, despite having good reception from the public.
Now, the place returns to life with a new proposal, and new owners, who still has no official name, but promises to take a radical turn to the previous concept. Although the desire to offer something different, the new project will be more functional, with schedules adapted to breakfast, light meals and snacks. Everything indicates that the environment will also be more informal and close.

Its new owner, Alejandro, has advanced to this media that it will be a Bubble Tea place where they will offer “Eastern inspiration food”, although the concept will be more focused on snacks and informal proposals than to lunches or dinners. The place will have service to eat inside, but with a different letter, more casual and designed to enjoy at any time.
The new establishment will continue to occupy the same space as delirium and is already in the preparation phase. Alejandro, his new responsible, explained that they are working with their partner to define the last details and choose the final name, which for now remain secret. What they have confirmed is that they want to open at the end of August or early September to offer something new in Zaragoza, without repeating already known formulas, and with a more relaxed approach than that of a traditional restaurant.
