The airport of Teruel He has started the expansion works of his terminal building, which will double the space available for offices and services. The action, with a budget of 1.59 million euros (without VAT), has been awarded to the Ideconsa -Training UTE and has a period of execution of 12 months.
The new space will also include a large -capacity room for conferences, press or training activities. “Duplicating the terminal space is a necessity derived from the strong growth that is experiencing the Teruel Airport and the generation of employment that brings (…), in which 750 people already work, ”said Development Minister Octavio López.
The expansion of the building will provide the airport with a new construction in the form of ‘L’, attached to the current general services building. It will have two floors: a restoration zone with dining room, self -service, kitchen, costumes and refrigeration cameras will be located; and on the upper floor, new offices and a meeting room. The cafeteria may operate independently to the terminal.
