The DGA approves the salary increase of 0.5% to the officials

The Governing Council of Aragon This Wednesday has approved a series of agreements that establish the additional remuneration increase of 0.5% for personnel at the service of the Autonomous Administration, with retroactive effects since January 1, 2024. This measure, which is added to 2% already applied, responds to the provisions of state regulations and represents a global increase of 2.5% compared to the remuneration in force to December 31, 2023.

The increase affects all autonomous public sector groups: official, statutory and labor personnel of the General Administration, non -university teaching staff, health personnel, transferred justice staff, as well as the staff of the former high resolution sanitary consortium and the institutional public sector.

The official and labor personnel of the General Administration of the Community, as well as the personnel of the institutional public sector, will see their remuneration increase in an additional 0.5%, in accordance with the provisions of the Budget Law and the Royal Decree-Law 4/2024. The agreement also includes high positions, eventual personnel and singularized positions, detailing the new amounts of specific and variable accessories.

In the area of Health, the statutory personnel of the health centers of the Aragonese Health Service, as well as the labor personnel of the High Resolution Sanitary Consortium, will receive this additional increase in all remuneration concepts, including career accessories, productivity, continuous attention and tourism. The new salary tables and accessories are collected in the annexes of the approved agreements.

EDUCATION

In Education, non -university teaching staff will also see their remuneration by an additional 0.5%, applicable to all components of the specific complement, as well as to variable concepts and additional funds. The agreement includes the new amounts for the different bodies and teaching positions, as well as for the functions of tutoring, coordination and specific programs.

The personnel of the national bodies at the service of the administration of justice transferred to Aragon will also receive the additional 0.5% increase, which adds to the already applied, reaching 2.5% global compared to 2023. The new amounts of the autonomic and specific accessories for the different bodies and positions are detailed.

The remuneration increase has economic effects since January 1, 2024, including the corresponding arrears. This measure is adopted in compliance with the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of July 1, 2025 and Royal Decree-Law 4/2024, after the variation of the Harmonized IPC (IPCA) has been exceeded to activate this second section of salary rise.
