They are the passion of some and the indifference of others and that is that there are those who cannot resist a good anchovy (better even if it is accompanied by Pepinillo and Olivas) others cannot even smell the vinegar. There are many ways to call them and taste them, either accompanied by fried potatoes or by a good vermou, and they are the perfect snack to satisfy hunger a little. In Saragossa There are many places specialists in anchovies, anchovies, gildas, olive, pickles and other pickles perfect for lovers of this type of food, and here we show you.

La Gilda
Bodegas Almau

Casa Rodri

It has been “the temple of the latest” since 1962 in Zaragoza. Casa Rodri (Desiderio Escosura Street, 15) is erected in the Delicias neighborhood as an indispensable place in Zaragoza (it has even a star of the Repsol guide) for vineagrillos lovers. From pickle to chipirones passing through Sardina Rancia, mussels or anchovies, the bar of the bar shows gigantic cans of preserves in which, the best thing is that they can be combined as you want. As if it were a free buffet, one can ask the waiter mussels with anchovy in brine, marinated or raw, chillies or yolks with beautiful leeks and shoes.

These, like everything else, are also totally to taste and in their letter you can find the “exotic” with pickled, anchovy, ank that, “tricorn” with civil guard, pepper and chilli, “World 82”, tortilla with anchovies in oil or “mess”, mussels, anchovy and boquerón.

First they conquered the heart of the hook and now they do it in the Avenida Almozara (number 8). The La Gilda bar had to appear on the map of the best stores to find a good variety of pickles where, obviously, the Gilda is its “bestseller.” They make it with fat olive stuffed with anchovy and spicy chilli. And as spicy they know a lot in this place, because one of the pickup dishes they have in the letter is that of a “hell combo” with spicy vegetables of the garden (black olive trees, onion, jalapeños, red pepper, carrot) accompanied by fried potatoes.

And it is this montadito (normally with bread) that has been named the El Lince (Plaza Santa Marta) to fame, because there are many who go to the bar to ask for their famous cover. The most daring choose it with spicy but there is also the option to try it without.
