These are the eleven restaurants with star Michelin in Aragon in 2025

The dream that many chefs pursue is to achieve the prestigious Michelin star, and in Aragon We can presume that we have culinary talent by gathering eleven restaurants in our autonomous community with Michelin star in 2025.

Be careful for the local product and innovative flavors, which continue to transport us to childhood, are some of the tips that complete those Michelin stars that we find in Saragossa and Huesca. But where are these culinary temples?

The Era of the Nogales

Located in the Sardas town There is Chef Toño Rodríguez restaurant, the era of the Nogales. With an glazed design, this establishment offers spectacular views of the mountains of the Aragonese Pyrenees from where you can enjoy a dream sunset while enjoying a culinary feast.

The proposal of this restaurant is avant -garde, but without losing the essence of traditional cuisine, nodding to the classic dishes of the community (the first snacks, which are taken standing, are a tribute to the three provinces of Aragon) as to those of their own childhood. The offer, very centered on three tasting menus (e-volution, R-Eductions and A-Bion), is completed with the option of a small letter during the dinners of the summer months (from June to September).

Ansils

Ansils, the third generation business led by brothers Iris and Bruno Jordán, is another of the restaurants that have a Michelin star in Huesca. Located in the Benasque Valley, the young chef has very present the flavors that her environment offers them, always maintaining “the spirit of the generation of our grandparents, in her good work; their products, hunting, collection and conservation systems.”

The restaurant offers diners two tasting menus that propose “a tour from the window of the window to the mountain”: Low mountain (70 euros) and high mountain (95 euros).

House coffers

The third Michelin star in Huesca is in the Benasque Valley, specifically at the Casa Arcas restaurant, located not far from the ski slopes Aramon-Cerler. The couple in front, Ainhoa Lozano and David Beltrán, who demonstrate professionalism and passion, already had a Sol Repsol for their creative cuisine inspired by the mountains that surround them.

Their menus propose delicious walks through the Aragonese mountains with a price for all pockets. Thus, they offer three tours in their menus: one of 5 steps “Paseo SL-5”, the 7-step “PRI-7 Path”, or the most complete menu of 10 steps “Great GR-10 route”.

Tatau

The Tatau restaurant is not only known for having given a Michelin star to Huesca, but because it has a different concept, even from its own name. It is Tonino Valiente and his partner, Arantxa Sainz, two tattoos and art lovers who have transferred their passion to the kitchen, presenting innovative and personalized dishes.

Lillas Pastia

Known as the House of the Trufa, Lillas Pastia is a restaurant where sophistication and innovation are the protagonists. At the beginning it may seem like a bar, but then the living room opens where you can enjoy a letter with seasonal dishes and with a very complete tasting menu.

Located in the historic Canfranc station is Canfranc Express, a restaurant that will transport you to the time and offers a gastronomic experience that combines history with Aragonese haute cuisine.

Chef Eduardo Salanova, originally from Canfranc, presents a tasting menu that stands out for its creativity and the use of local products. Dishes such as the wild painted of the Monegros and the Trilogy of the Lamb, which includes a roasted pass with algae, are just an example of their culinary proposal.

El Batán lodge

Located in an old wool factory rehabilitated in the Sierra de Albarracín, in the town of Tramacastilla, this charming restaurant sits next to the Guadalaviar river, in a natural place where you can even see water leaps. Chef María José Meda, self -taught and with a very personal vision of the kitchen, offers a modern and creative proposal.

In its rustic-regional dining room, from which you can see relaxing views of the field, you can enjoy a tasting menu that extol local products, such as truffle and trout. With only 18 services per pass, your kitchen surprises from the first bite to the diner. In addition, the complex also has rural rooms and a second most informal restaurant, Alba del Sur.

Cankook restaurant

The Cancook restaurant continues to dazzle with the creative vision of its chef Ramses González. Restaurant Rara People

The Rare People Restaurant has everything to captivate. This unique space, located in an old mechanical workshop in the Barrio de Jesús, is characterized by its innovative design, which includes a great lucernarium and different environments. From a cozy sofas area for snacks, through the “specioteca”, to the main dining room with a view, every corner is designed to surprise diners.

Its gastronomic proposal is developed exclusively through two tasting menus, champion and lunatic, which have small format elaborations full of coherence, technique and flavor.
