The project, which has already been approved by the area of Environment and Mobility of the Zaragoza City Council And he has gone to public exhibition, replaces the one that was initially planned to build on the Paseo de Echegaray and Caballero, next to the third belt. The in -depth study of that plot revealed important complications due to the passage of some pipes of great relevance, so the City Council has decided to establish the facilities in the business polygon, specifically between Sisallo and Romero streets.
