The file, managed by the general coordination of the area of Town planning, Infrastructure, energy and housing, has a budget of 18,150 euros (VAT included) and an execution period of 90 days
Interested companies may submit their offers until 13.00 on August 18, 2025, unless the date coincides with an unusual day, in which case it will be extended the next business day.
This new social equipment is part of a broader municipal project that includes the construction of a modern and versatile civic center, which will serve neighbors of all ages. In addition to the playroom, spaces for cultural, social and recreational activities are planned, with areas adapted to different uses and possibility of future extensions. The initiative responds to a neighborhood demand that has been on the table for years and that seeks to strengthen community life with accessible and modern facilities.
The center will be built on the ES06 plot of the partial plan of the 88/1 sector of Parque Venice, delimited by Tiziano Avenue, Gondoleros Street, Puente de Rialto street and Veronese street. It is a lot of 4,185 square meters reserved for use of social public equipment. The project aims to become a meeting point for a neighborhood in full expansion that claims more public infrastructure.
